More often than we know, we are constantly in a fight, in a conflict in our own heads, with our own selves.
We are always conflicted in our mind between choices we must choose from to make decisions big and small, throughout the day.
These conflicts slowly overflow and impact the conversations and interactions we have outside of us, with those around us.
If we want to have a peaceful, conducive and healthy environment around us, we must then begin cleansing our minds first. Sort the conflicts, win our internal battles. And once we do, everything else outside of us, will become miniscule.
That serenity is achieved only when you connect with the Buddha in you, your truest purest self.
