Day7: Integration and Moving Forward
- Reflective Meditation: A quick review of the 7-Day Journey
- Reflecting on what helps to sustain the mindfulness practices (offline, key pointers from home practice)
- Group Sharing: Insights and Learnings
- Closing - A quick guided meditation
